Assembly TechnicianWe are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Technician to join our team. This position involves assembling ductwork components according to CAD drawings and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.Job Responsibilities:Assemble ductwork according to CAD prints and specificationsOperate foam spraying equipment to insulate ductworkTrim excess foam insulation using saws and hand toolsCaulk welded seams to ensure proper sealingPressure wash ductwork to remove debris and prepare for final useMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications & Requirements:Construction knowledge requiredMust be able to accurately read a tape measureExperience operating grinders, table saws, drills, hack saws, caulking guns, and other power toolsAbility to problem solve and work independentlySelf-motivated with a strong work ethicTeam-oriented mindsetCore Competencies:Teamwork:Works effectively in a team environmentContributes to a positive team cultureSupports team goals and collaborates with othersQuality:Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detailStrives for continuous improvementMonitors own work to ensure high standardsSafety & Security:Follows all safety proceduresUses equipment and materials properlyReports unsafe conditions promptlyAttendance & Reliability:Consistently on time and presentTakes responsibility for assigned tasksCommunicates effectively regarding schedulingIf you are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a strong team, we encourage you to apply today.
