Talent and Leadership Development Manager

Talent and Leadership Development Manager Location: Onsite at our North American Business Headquarters in Fish Hawk (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive Lithia, FL). Responsibilities Design and execute the implementation of employee development guidelines, programs, and policies (job rotation, mentoring, coaching, assessments, and others) ensuring governance and metrics. Support, design, and help implement leadership development frameworks for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and data‑driven analysis. Provide support for ELT talent discussions and materials, with solid attention to detail, organization, and storytelling. Consult and partner with HRBPs, key business stakeholders, and talent teams in delivering development products. Demonstrate innovative leadership and subject matter expertise in a consulting role, providing guidance on readiness and development topics. Partner with Strategic Workforce Planning, TA, Talent Programs, and Culture & Learning teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Minimum of five years of related experience. Digital mindset and ability to analyze data‑drivenly. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Familiarity with modern HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a bonus.
