Central BBQ DOWNTOWN is looking for a responsible, hard working applicant for a AM or PM smoker position. You must be able to work weekends. You must be able to lift 75lbs.
1 year Kitchen experience required

**Line Cooks and Prep Cooks at Central BBQ must be able to maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. You will set up stations and collect all necessary supplies for service, make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately. Required to constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices, able to follow written or verbal instructions, able to work in a high pace and hot environment, flexible with job duties, self-motivated and organized. Benefits are available to full time employees.
All Central BBQ employees must be honest, dependable, and have reliable transportation and a working phone.**
