The successful candidate will require necessary experience with minimal oversight to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload involving all types of projects.What is your day to day?Manage end to end small scale, single vendor projectsWeekly submission of access keeper requestsMeeting minutes – QAC meetingsRequest space plans, floor plans and DWG sets from clientSMS uploads Space Finder – restrict access to rooms onsite during constructionSubmit JIRA tickets for PMWeb related issues or correctionsShopping cart/Commitment submittals for PO creation (could include pulling together documentation for commitment request, including but not limited to Certificates of Insurance, quotes, etc.)Monitor funding requests – manage/track workflows and alter PM's of delaysPhotography requests for projects and final submissionsExecute the project closeout in coordination with the Project Coordinator; ensuring the project is closed with required documentation within the 90 day closeout deadlineCollaboration with the Project Coordinator to ensure projects controls are met each month on projects in assigned regionPMWeb Project Assignment Audit – ensuring all details are gathered at the time of project assignment, including but not limited to: LOB Approver Preliminary project scope RM AU / BE confirmation SQFT Project TypeDesired experience and technical skillsStrategic, innovative, challenges the status quo and recommends improvementsWork in a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and teamwork skillsMotivation, proactivity, attention to detail and respect for deadlinesExperience with system implementation or optimization projectsAttention to detail and data accuracyUnderstanding of project management processes and terminologyPreferredBachelor's Degree (BA/BS)This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position: 70,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
