Reporting to the facilities team, this position is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, repairs, and general maintenance of the stadium's interior and exterior spaces. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a broad skill set across carpentry, painting, basic electrical and plumbing, and minor construction, and takes pride in maintaining a first-class venue that hosts NFL games, concerts, and major events.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs in Nissan StadiumDaily rounds of Nissan Stadium to ensure stadium is in working orderCoordinate with outside vendors to obtain quotes, schedules, and follow up to make sure job is completedInstall, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipmentHandle basic flooring and carpentry tasksPaint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as neededMaintain building doors, including minor hardware updates and repairsReplace and/or repair ceiling tiles and suspended ceiling elementsMinor construction projects (ie: simple cement projects, building storage shelving, etc.)Assist in basic electrical and plumbing tasksMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areaRespond to maintenance requests in a timely mannerHang plaques, pictures, and other wall-hangingsSeasonal outside maintenance, including keeping exterior building lighting clean and functionalPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll BringRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of general maintenance, facilities, or building trades experienceWorking knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and minor electrical and plumbing repairsAbility to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipmentComfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts) and in confined spacesValid driver's licenseStrong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructionsPreferred QualificationsTrade school certification or apprenticeship in a relevant field (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)Prior experience in a stadium, arena, large venue, hospitality, or commercial facility settingExperience coordinating with and managing outside vendors or contractorsFamiliarity with work order management systems (e.g., a CMMS platform)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationForklift, scissor lift, or aerial lift certificationBasic computer proficiency (email, work order entry, vendor communication)Core CompetenciesHands-On Technical Skill — Practical, multi-trade knowledge applied across a wide range of repairs.Problem Solving — Diagnoses issues quickly and knows when to escalate.Dependability — Takes ownership and follows through on quality work.Safety-Mindedness — Follows protocols and proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment.Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsWork Environment: Stadium / FieldPhysical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 lbsSchedule: Monday – Friday including some nights, weekends, and holidays based on event calendarThose selected for further consideration will be contacted by someone from the Tennessee Titans.
