Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist
Department of Health and Human Services
Group Director Duties
Serve as a Group Director and exercises supervisory authority over staff.
Direct the development of testimony and the coordination of hearings.
Lead briefings of the Administrator and other senior CMS and Departmental officials for appearances at congressional hearings.
Negotiate the clearance of written testimony with senior staff from the Office of the Secretary.
Oversee all phases of the hearing process to ensure integration and coordination within established timeframes and maintains Administration goals and objectives, consistent with commitments and policy.
