The Role

As a Grill Line Cook, you own one of the most important stations in our kitchen. You'll work the grill, fryers, sauté station, and more - executing scratch recipes at a high tempo while keeping quality consistent ticket after ticket. What You'll Do

• Execute grill, fryer, sauté, broil, and bake techniques to order per our specifications
• Deliver consistent, high-quality food presentation on every plate, every shift
• Set up and break down your station efficiently to keep service running smoothly
• Operate, clean, and maintain all grill line equipment to keep the kitchen safe and sharp
• Follow proper food storage, handling, and temperature protocols at all times
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards from open to close
• Communicate with your crew and front-of-house team to keep tickets moving
• Step up and support teammates during high-volume rushes

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Prior grill or line cook experience strongly preferred - but we'll invest in the right candidate
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations, cook times, and station flow
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure during a busy service
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for food quality and cleanliness
• Reliable - your team counts on you to show up and be ready to work
• Team-first attitude with clear, professional communication
