Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.17 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location. Monitor access to the property lobby and/or reception area, verify credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and reporting. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting building management or emergency services when appropriate. Support security‑related operations by maintaining visitor logs, documenting daily activity, answering phones, and communicating relevant information to building staff and/or Allied Universal leadership. Assist with emergency response activities, alarm notifications, and evacuation‑related directions in accordance with site procedures and post orders. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
