Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.87 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor visitor access, verify credentials, manage sign-in and sign-out activity, and/or direct guests, staff, and deliveries in a professional manner within a media and technology-focused environment. Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Observe lobby and reception activity, report unusual behavior or conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front desk presence and attention to detail. Support administrative and security-related documentation, including visitor logs, incident reports, and/or pass issuance, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
