As a Security Officer Graveyard Front Desk in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming presence at a residential location, helping to manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations through clear communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor the front desk area, greet visitors, verify identification and/or authorization, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with location policies. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate. Answer phones, receive and relay information, and support front desk operations with clear communication and accurate documentation of security‑related activities. Help to deter unauthorized access by observing lobby activity, monitoring entry points and/​or cameras, and reporting unusual behavior or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts. Minimum Requirements: Six or more months of security‑related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
