Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and support security‑related procedures with professionalism and care. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $21.60 / Hour Job Schedule Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location. Greet tenants, visitors, and vendors, manage access procedures, and verify identification and/or credentials in a professional manner. Answer phones, monitor the lobby and entry points, receive deliveries, and document visitor activity, incidents, and/or unusual conditions. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with property management, tenants, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Support a professional front desk presence by helping to deter unauthorized access, address questions, and follow reporting procedures for security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
