Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Wellness programs Responsibilities: Read and follow process instructions, pick & place programs, and furnished solder profile Verify pick and place program, ie. Polarity, alignment, and grouping Set up DEK solder paste printing, verify for alignment, missing solder paste, or bridging Setting up new jobs and unloading when complete Run job and verify against customer drawing Submit first article for inspection before proceeding with rest of the batch Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Previous experience in operating pick and place machines Familiarity with electronic components and their polarities Thorough knowledge of interpreting assembly drawings & processes Knowledgeable with moisture sensitive components Knowledgeable in loading programs & kits in Mycronic pick and place machines Excellent organizational and time management skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
