We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

• Monday: closed
• Tuesday: 8:15 am- 5:30 PM 45 lunch
• Wednesday: 8:15 am- 5:30 PM 45 lunch
• Thursday: 8:15 am- 5:30 PM 45 lunch
• Friday: 8:15 am- 5:30 PM 45 lunch
• Saturday: Every other 8:15 am- 2:30 pm
• Sunday: closed

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years working in a medical or dental setting
• 1+ year's experience helping patients on the phone
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dental Software such as Eaglesoft dental software preferred
