Empower students and educators by providing expert behavioral support throughout the 2026/2027 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This rewarding contract role offers both full-time and part-time options, giving you the flexibility to fit your schedule and lifestyle. As an onsite member of the educational team, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavioral strategies that make a meaningful impact in students’ lives.
Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid BCBA certification
- State licensure to practice as a BCBA (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based behavioral practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design effective behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to school staff and paraprofessionals on implementing interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral supports within the school community
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
