Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Overview River Academy of Excellence is a private academic school, providing services to students in grades K-8. We are committed to providing innovative, individualized, and empowering education to meet the unique needs of each and every student. The Academy is hiring a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team of individuals. Your role will be to provide quality therapeutic services in the small private school setting (6-12 students). As a member of our River Academy of Excellence team, you will work with other therapeutic staff, teachers, family members, school district personnel, and report to our administration staff. What You Will Do Provide daily behavioral therapy services and support to those students identified as requiring services Complete Functional Behavior Assessments Complete daily documentation Assist River Academy of Excellence staff, providing education on behaviors, and collaborate on techniques to help each student thrive in the school setting Maintain communication with families and staff for the betterment of each student Regular meetings with administration staff to discuss caseloads, answer questions, and promote overall employment success Promote a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment for students and families What You Will Bring We are accepting the following credentials for this position: BCBA Licensed or certified in Behavior in Pennsylvania Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and challenging behaviors Excellent communication skills Professional and positive work ethic Passion for the field of school-based behavioral therapy services New graduates are welcome to apply!
