Requirements:

What You'll Do

Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers and turning centers
Develop processes, select tooling, and create efficient setups
Machine precision components to tolerances as tight as ±0.0005"
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and GD&T
Perform in-process and final inspections
Troubleshoot machining challenges and improve processes
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and field teams
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You Bring

5+ years of CNC machining experience
Strong programming, setup, and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Fanuc and/or Fagor controls
Knowledge of G & M code programming
Experience with conversational programming and CAM software (GibbsCAM preferred)
Strong understanding of tooling, feeds & speeds, GD&T, and precision measurement
Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Ontario General Machinist or Tool & Die Red Seal Certification
Experience with both CNC and manual machining equipment
