We are hiring a Senior Systems Analyst to support our Payroll Team. The role focuses on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking across multiple countries, driving enhancements in a well‑managed way to lead the industry in pay accuracy. Key responsibilities include leading system requirements management, regression testing, and business process changes for Workday, Salesforce, ADP GlobalView, and other systems that impact payroll processing. You will also conduct data analysis, drive process improvements, analyze system configurations, and support production teams. Responsibilities Testing and release lead for Workday releases that impact payroll, absence, and time tracking. Partner with HR Technology (HRIS) and HR Product Management teams to request changes and regression test system configurations. Recommend process improvements, rethink existing configurations, and find solutions to unique problems, including automation of manual work. Analyze incident data to identify impacts and recommend resolutions and root‑cause analysis. Create and validate processes associated with organizational needs. Build and maintain tools outside of systems such as Microsoft Excel Macros and Google Workspace Apps Script. Improve configuration issues from bug fixes and enhancements, including testing and documentation of changes. Serve as point of contact for production support and issue resolution for the operation team. Actively participate in daily huddles and stand‑ups. Maintain open communication with cross‑functional and partner teams. Lead special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. At least 1 year of experience in information technology or data analytics. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources. 2+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Compensation, or Finance. 2+ years of experience with Workday and/or Salesforce configuration or system administration. 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Looker, etc.). 2+ years of experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or Google Apps Script. 2+ years of experience with SaaS configuration. 2+ years of experience with Agile methodology or Business Process Management (BPM). The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based on the number of hours worked. Richmond, VA: $80,800 – $92,200 for Senior HR Associate. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
