Role: Talent & Culture Coordinator Location: Columbia, MD Type: Contract | Onsite About the Team: Join a well-established science and technology organization supporting innovation, research, and global impact. This team partners across Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, and leadership functions to help create an exceptional employee journey. What You'll Do:
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple hiring teams
• Support onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and employee communications
• Arrange candidate and employee travel logistics as needed
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and employee resource group activities
• Create presentations, communications, and promotional materials using modern business tools
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide administrative and project support across HR functions
• Help coordinate recruiting events, employer branding efforts, and special projects Core Tech & Skills:
• Administrative coordination and calendar management
• Customer service or customer-facing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Event and meeting coordination
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
