At APV, We Always Provide Value Role APV is seeking a motived Talent & HR Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions. This entry-level role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Manager to support recruiting processes, onboarding, compliance activities, and HR operations. Duties Talent Acquisition Support Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications Maintain candidate records and ensure data accuracy in the ATS Support job posting, candidate sourcing and screening efforts Conduct initial outreach to candidates and follow up as needed Assist with reference checks and background check initiation Help prepare recruiting reports and pipeline tracking Onboarding & HR Operations Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and documentation Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding checklists Support I-9 verification and E-Verify coordination Maintain employee files and HR documentation Assist with offboarding processes and exit documentation Compliance & Administrative Support Assist with tracking required HR compliance documentation Support audit preparation and reporting activities Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate data entry Help coordinate training records and administrative reporting Employee Experience Support Assist with employee communications and basic HR inquiries Support employee engagement programs and initiatives Help coordinate internal events and recognition efforts Education BS in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and/or Management or a related technical field. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred. Required Qualifications 0–3 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfort learning and using HRIS and ATS systems Ability to do research on agency and technologies with a goal to find right talent Ability to use job boards to source talent Ability to use AI to automate routine tasks, where possible Interest in learning recruiting tools and systems such as ATS platforms Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Preferred Qualifications Internship or prior exposure to recruiting or HR functions Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms Interest in federal contracting (GovCon) environment About APV APV is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
