Job Summary

A Bilingual Customer Service Rep is needed for a temporary voter services assignment in Saint Augustine, FL. This fully onsite role is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused administrative professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys helping the public with important community services.

In this role, you will support voter services operations during an upcoming election period, assisting residents with questions, administrative processes, and service-related needs. Key Responsibilities

- Provide bilingual customer service support to voters and community members in English and Spanish.
- Answer questions, provide information, and assist with voter services processes in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, document handling, and record updates.
- Support daily office operations during a high-volume election support period.
- Communicate clearly with the public, internal team members, and other support staff.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and a positive customer experience at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $21 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary assignment.
- Assignment length: Approximately 2 months.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Work arrangement: Fully onsite in Saint Augustine, FL.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide bilingual voter services and customer support in English and Spanish.
- Assist with administrative, clerical, and data entry tasks.
- Support office operations during an upcoming election assignment.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and accurate service to the public.

- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service, administrative, clerical, or related experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful and professional communication style.
- Comfortable working fully onsite, Monday through Friday.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Positive personality, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy public-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in voter services, public service, government office support, call center support, or front desk administration.
- Experience assisting diverse populations in a bilingual customer service setting.
- Familiarity with handling confidential information and following established office procedures.
