Smart Water Billing & Data Specialist
City of Fort Worth
The City of Fort Worth is seeking a detail‑oriented Account Technician to support the accuracy of water billing and account records. You will validate customer information, dispatch and process work orders, and ensure meter data is correct across the City’s billing systems. Work with field crews and billing teams to verify readings, review GIS maps, and participate in training new staff.
