Position Summary

The Junior Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist supports customer invoicing, billing administration, customer portal management, account reconciliations, and collection activities. This position is designed for an early-career professional interested in developing a long-term career in accounting and finance.

The individual will initially support the Company's largest customer accounts, ensuring invoices are submitted accurately and timely, uploaded to customer portals, reconciled to customer records, and followed through to payment. The role offers significant training and development opportunities with a defined progression path toward an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist or Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist role within approximately two years.

Required Skills

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Accounting certificate, relevant college coursework, or equivalent work experience may be substituted for formal education
• 0-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Customer Service, Administrative Support, Accounting, or a related field
• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
