Maintenance SupervisorThe Clarion Suites Riverfront, located at 100 Front Street, is now hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor.The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department. In the absence of the Director and/or Assistant, the Supervisor will assume the administrative, financial, and operating aspects of the hotel for the Engineering Department.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field required.At least three years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.Trade school and/or College course work in related field preferred.Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.Physical Requirements:Flexible and long hours sometimes required.Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and or in excess of 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
