We're growing fast — and we're looking for a results-driven, customer-focused Store Manager to lead one of our centers to the next level of success.Position SummaryThe Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the location. This includes leading a team of technicians and service advisors, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, managing costs, and ensuring high standards of safety and cleanliness.DutiesOversee daily operations of the shop, including workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians.Drive sales by ensuring service recommendations are clearly communicated and properly executed.Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and financial reporting.Monitor performance metrics, including labor efficiency, sales targets, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)Manage parts ordering and vendor relationshipsEnforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionallyAddress customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.RequirementsPrevious experience in automotive repair, service, or retail management.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to drive sales and manage KPIsCustomer-first mindset with a focus on quality and integrityStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.Experience with POS and shop management systems a plusValid driver's licenseWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesEmployee discounts on servicesIf you're a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!
