Big Rapids CDJR is looking for an energetic, driven, and results-focused Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop talent, and drive dealership growth. We are seeking a leader who can motivate a team, create accountability, improve processes, and help our sales staff consistently achieve their goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants
• Desk deals and assist in closing transactions
• Recruit, train, and develop sales talent
• Hold the team accountable to performance goals
• Drive lead management and follow-up processes
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance
• Build strong customer relationships and community connections
• Work closely with Finance and Fixed Operations teams
• Create a positive, high-performance sales culture

What We're Looking For

• Automotive dealership management experience preferred
• Strong closing and desking skills
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Ability to coach and develop employees
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
