Check out our website to learn more and apply today!Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY:Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports organizational growth. Develop proactive talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experience. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce objectives. Influence hiring decisions, advise leaders on talent availability and compensation trends, and build strong talent pipelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition intake through candidate onboarding for professional, leadership, and specialized roles.• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational hiring goals and workforce planning initiatives.• Source and attract high-quality candidates through a variety of recruiting channels and networking methods.• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate skills and experience.• Proactively engage passive candidates and cultivate relationships with top talent in the market.• Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.• Assist with offer development and negotiation activities to secure top talent while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness.• Establish and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.• Drive initiatives that enhance the candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to measure hiring effectiveness.• Leverage data and insights to support strategic recruiting decisions and continuous process improvement.• Support compensation benchmarking efforts by providing market data and talent insights to inform hiring decisions.• Complete additional duties, projects, and assignments as directed by leadership or the immediate supervisor.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing methodologies.• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and analytics tools.• Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.• High degree of organizational agility.• Ability to influence stakeholders across diverse teams.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS• Must have a valid driver’s licenseEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.• Targeting 7+ years of recruiting experience• Experience supporting senior leadershipCK Construction is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action federal and state contractor.
