Baptist Health is seeking a Recruiter II to join our Talent Acquisition Team supporting our Systems Services Center. This remote role requires residency in KY or IN and offers independence in handling complex hiring needs. The Recruiter II will attract, evaluate and refer candidates through ATS, sourcing, referrals and on-site efforts, develop job ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews, extend offers and drive onboarding to ensure timely fills of open roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr UNKNOWN
