RESUMEN DEL CARGO
Bajo la dirección del supervisor/gerente del departamento, el ayudante/obrero es responsable de poner y quitar las piezas de los estantes para que estén preparadas y listas para el proceso de chapado/pintura, preparación y empaquetado de las piezas,
así como realizar las tareas generales dentro del departamento.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES
• Coloca las partes en y fuera de los estantes según sea necesario.
• Dobla los alambres de aluminio en los estantes para asegurar que las partes estén seguras y adecuadamente colocadas.
• Aprieta los pernos y tornillos con equipo y herramientas en los soportes para asegurar que están seguros.
• Puede ayudar al Galvanizador en la limpieza de los tanques.
• Realiza la inspección visual de las piezas para asegurar que no se sobrepase el chapado.
• Utiliza una manguera de aire para secar las piezas al finalizar el ciclo de chapado.
• Prepara y empaqueta las piezas para su envío.
• Cumple con las normas de seguridad.
• Realiza otras tareas según se le asignen.
CALIFICACIONES Y REQUISITOS
• Capacidad de usar herramientas básicas (es decir, cortaalambres y manguera de aire).
• Capacidad de trabajar en una plataforma con tanques de ácido y químicos.
• Capacidad para prestar atención a los detalles y seguir instrucciones precisas.
REQUISITO ITAR
Debido a las regulaciones del ITAR, este puesto requiere que el empleado sea una persona de EE.UU. (ciudadano o residente permanente de EE.UU.).
