Utilizar el sistema de gestión de reclamos para brindar el apoyo requerido al personal de campo, referente a información geográfica y topología de la red.
- Asignar los reclamos a las parejas para ejecutar los trabajos.
- Ejecutar acciones de priorización en la asignación de los reclamos.
- Tomar decisión sobre alternativas de reparación, mediante el estudio de las situaciones, con el objetivo de ofrecer una mejor calidad de servicio.
- Administrar la operación en redes de baja tensión y centros de transformación (hasta el corta circuito de MT).
- Asegurar la continuidad de los procesos al cambio de turno, actualizando al despachador entrante sobre el proceso y seguimiento de los reclamos, con el fin que todos los trabajos sean finalizados adecuadamente.
- Priorizar adecuadamente los despachos de reclamos, estableciendo prioridades de clientes VIP y zonas afectadas y cheques de peligro, con el propósito de brindar la atención oportuna a las necesidades que se presenten.
- Armar rutas de reclamos en función de múltiples criterios.
