We've built a strong local reputation by doing things the right way-quality work, long-term relationships, and a team that takes pride in what they do.We're hiring a hands-on HVAC leader to take ownership of our service department-someone who can lead technicians, drive performance, and keep operations running clean and efficient every day.What You'll OwnDay-to-day leadership of the HVAC service teamScheduling, dispatch, and workflow across all service callsPreventative maintenance programs and demand service operationsTechnician coaching, training, and accountabilityDepartment performance, budgeting, and cost controlSafety standards, compliance, and field executionWhat You'll Be DoingSupporting technicians with complex troubleshootingKeeping jobs on track, on time, and up to company standardsMonitoring KPIs, reviewing invoices, and maintaining clean recordsBuilding a team culture centered on consistency, pride, and resultsWhat You Bring4–6+ years of HVAC field experience (service or install)Proven experience leading or mentoring techniciansStrong organizational and operational skills (scheduling, dispatch, invoicing)EPA Certification (required)A leadership style that balances accountability with team developmentWhy This Role Stands OutThis isn't a sit-behind-the-desk management job.
