Pay: $25-$35 per hour plus commission. Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance.

Sign-on Bonus:

• $1800 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
• $6000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
• $8000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience (outside of schooling)
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
