Overview
Walk-in interviews this week Wednesday from 8am-1pm. 9010 Maier Road, Suite 105 Laurel, MD 20723. See requirements below. Immediate openings available. If you can't make these days or times, call me direct at View phone number on click.appcast.io, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
Pay: $25-$35 per hour plus commission. Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance.
Sign-on Bonus:
- $1800 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
- $6000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
- $8000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
Qualifications
What You Need:
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience (outside of schooling)
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
