About the Role The Paid Social Specialist oversees the strategy, execution, and performance of our paid social advertising channels. This includes developing full‑funnel paid media strategies, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable results aligned with company growth goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Building and managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (primary platform), with additional opportunities across LinkedIn and TikTok. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of channel strategies and implement improvements to optimize ROI. Partner with content creators, designers, and external vendors to produce engaging, channel‑specific materials that resonate with target audiences. Manage channel‑specific budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost‑effectiveness of campaigns. Manage the channel‑specific fulfillment of compliant, timely, and effective tactics. Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of messaging, goals, and initiatives across all touchpoints. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Prepare regular performance channel analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social ads management Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau) Strong understanding of marketing channels, including social media, direct mail, email, paid search, and SEO Exceptional communication and project management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment A data‑driven mindset with a knack for interpreting analytics to improve results Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques Certifications in relevant marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or Salesforce) AMBA is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
