Maintenance TechnicianThe 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance on all plant processing, packaging, and distribution equipment. This includes pumps, valves, box formers, conveyors, fillers, ink jet and thermal printers, tapers, palletizers, stackers, wrappers, fork trucks, pallet jacks, and dock levelers.Responsibilities:Perform maintenance on plant equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsConduct electrical troubleshooting up to 480VMaintain and repair industrial equipment including conveyors, palletizers, and printersEnsure automation systems are functioning properlyEssential Skills:3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in electrical troubleshootingExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsBasic understanding of PLC systems and input/output operationsJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandwich, IL.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
