Visit dsv.com and follow us on LinkedIn and Facebook.Location: USA - Lancaster, Midpoint Dr Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: SOC Quality, Program Manager - 128262 Time Type: Full TimePOSITION SUMMARY The DSV Program Manager, SOC Trust Services is responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting applicable US Contract Logistics sites with regards to the DSV Quality Management System (QMS). Additionally, includes support to selected sites on SOC 1, 2, 3 compliance and Warehouse Management System (WMS) Validation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage and maintain “core quality standards” for all critical functions supporting the operation.Train site management and employees on the QMS components and requirements. Manage and lead workshop teams to educate sites on all QMS components. Act as the data quality source to track quality data and develop a US Quality Scorecard. Advise management on quality related issues that may arise to prevent negative outcomes. Perform site audits including QMS Performance Audits, Food Safety / Defense Audits, other audits as required. Maintain and support all associated regulations including safety and environment. Have extensive knowledge in SOC compliance with regards to SOC audits with the expectation to lead SOC audits for selected US clientsParticipate in WMS Validation activities when required to approve changes. Support ISO implementations and certification compliance related to ISO 9001-Quality, 45001-OHS and 14001 Environment. Perform all additional duties assigned by the Senior Manager Quality – US. Adhere to all company policies and procedures or other communicated rules and/or regulations.REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIESEducation: Bachelor’s degree. Additional course work in management type courses and problem-solving techniques will be considered.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of SOC Compliance and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse environment. Other achievements will be considered. Mathematical Skills: Medium to HighCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations: SOC compliance, ISO certification preferred. Knowledge: Preferred knowledge of warehouse operations, QMS components, SOC compliance and ISO principles. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills regarding MS Office Applications are preferred. Including Excel and database management. Other Skills: List additional skills required for the role (i.e. – computer, language, communication, etc.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: The employee will use a computer and standard communications in an office environment. While in the warehouse, the employee will adhere to all safety precautions with regards to handling client products, travelling through racks, and any security areas. All safety precautions should be followed when navigating through the operation.For this position, the expected base pay range is $105,000.00 – $135,000.00 Annually.
