About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its mission of improving health and healthcare worldwide. The CMO will be a key leader in advancing the organization's clinical vision and strategy, with a focus on ensuring that programs, research, and solutions are rooted in scientific excellence and lead to measurable improvements in health safety, quality, and equity. This role requires a highly accomplished clinical executive with deep clinical expertise, executive leadership experience, strong improvement scientific capability, global healthcare insight, and sound business judgment. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex clinical evidence into actionable strategies, driving innovation, and representing the organization on national and international stages to cultivate relationships with healthcare leaders, policymakers, researchers, and partners. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have an MD, MD/PhD, DO, or equivalent, with demonstrated expertise in improvement science, and be board certified with an active, unrestricted license to practice. The role also involves shaping organizational growth, aligning clinical expertise with strategic priorities, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can influence healthcare at scale and is committed to the values of the organization, including patient and workforce safety, health equity, and the spread of the Triple Aim.
