About the Role

The Head of Product will be expected to produce a well-supported growth thesis, build a validation-driven practice, and lead a product organization that is embedded with AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a focus on growth, and the ability to operate effectively at both the executive level and in hands-on product development. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a background in B2B SaaS, with experience in both commercial and regulated segments. A minimum of 7-12 years in product management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, and a proven ability to drive product development that meets customer needs and business goals. Experience in private-equity-backed or high-accountability settings, as well as a background in data or platform products, is highly valued. The Head of Product will be expected to have a hands-on approach, be adept at working with cross-functional teams, and have a deep understanding of AI and its application in product development.
