MDS Resource Nurse & Quality Improvement Consultant

Rancho Seco Care Center

Rancho Seco Care Center is seeking an MDS Nurse to lead quality improvement initiatives across facilities in Stockton and Sacramento. In this role, you will oversee resident assessments, ensure compliance with regulations, and support MDS Coordinators in achieving quality resident care outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably with supervisory roles and experience in MDS processes. A current California RN license is required.
