Home Health Aide

Position Overview
Provides personal care and expanded scope of task activities to patients, under the direction of a a Registered Nurse. Provides rehabilitative exercises under the supervision of a Rehabilitation Therapist. Reports to Home Health Aide Supervisor for overall guidance and assignments, and to their assigned Registered Nurse for supervision of patient care.

Compensation Range:
$15.00 - $20.74 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• HS Diploma/GED and successful completion of Home Health Aide program
• OR
• Current HHA Certification (no HS diploma/GED required if have current HHA certification)

Preferred:

• None

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Obtain HHA within 12 months upon completion of HHA program

Preferred:

• Current HHA Certification
