CNA / Nurse Assistant LTC

Tryfacta is seeking a CNA / Nurse Assistant LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16 Weeks assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16 Weeks Contract with Possible Extension

Shift: Day Shift (5x8 Hours) 06:45 AM to 03:15 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Requirements:

• Active NY CNA License (Required at the time of submission)
• Active BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
• Candidates with recent SNF, Rehab, Med-Surg, or Hospital experience will also be considered

Facility Information:

• Every other weekend may be required upon facility request
• Shift cannot be changed once offered
• RTO must be disclosed at the time of submission
• Holiday RTO will not be approved
• Compliance and onboarding take approximately 1.52 weeks
• PCC (Point Click Care) experience is preferred but not required
• Free parking available
• Scrubs: Any solid color with closed-toe shoes

Background Check Requirements:

• NY License must be active with no license hits allowed
• Background hits may be considered by the facility
