We are a premier packaging automation company looking for a Field Service Technician based out of our Cincinnati shop . You'll report to the shop daily for bench repairs, prep work, and dispatch regionally to keep critical customer equipment running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Field Service: Install, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment (stretch wrappers, case sealers, labeling machines, shrink tunnels, etc.). Shop Duties: Report daily to the local Cincinnati facility for pre-delivery testing, bench repairs, and technical support when not deployed. Customer Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact and identify opportunities to recommend equipment upgrades/solutions. Reporting: Complete accurate field service reports and documentation using MS Office/Excel. What You Need Required: 2+ years in Industrial Maintenance, electro-mechanical repair, or automated machinery troubleshooting. 2+ years in a customer-facing role. Ability to report daily to the Cincinnati shop & travel regionally up to 50%. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record/insurance.
