House hold manager comfortable with kids

We're a family of 5 with 3 young children (ages 18 months to 4 years old) looking for a reliable, organized house manager ~2 hours every morning. You'll start each morning helping get the kids ready and out the door (breakfast, dressing, packing bags, and lunches). After drop-off, you'll keep the household running: Responsibilities Assist with morning kid routine Laundry (washing, folding, putting away) Empty dishwasher Tidy common areas & reset toys Light cooking & meal prep Restocking bathrooms & household supplies Occasional light errands (pharmacy, dry cleaning, returns) & organization projects (e.g. seasonal sorting of kids' clothes) Qualifications Experience working in a household with young children Trustworthy, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership without being micromanaged Strong organizational skills & proactive - you notice what needs doing and take action Flexible & comfortable with shifting needs from week to week #J-18808-Ljbffr Sittercity Incorporated
