Help Desk Technician

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing remote support to employee end users, the full-time Help Desk Technician will manage technical issues related to personal computers, servers, cloud applications, and ERP systems while ensuring effective communication with users and coordinating resolutions. Key responsibilities Administer Microsoft Windows Servers and provide 2nd level support for Active Directory Services Resolve technical problems related to application deployments and manage ticket queues in ServiceNow Conduct training for end users on new and updated systems and perform user account maintenance tasks Required qualifications High School Diploma and three (3) years of relevant experience in IT customer service Two (2) years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows systems Experience in helpdesk support and software installation on desktops Ability to perform user account maintenance and monitor login systems for suspicious trends U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required, with the ability to pass a Federal Background Investigation
