IT Help Desk Technician

Virtual Vocations Inc

To provide remote support to firm employees nationwide, the IT Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot technical issues, manage end-user workstations, and support various platforms during either an 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm Western Time shift. Key responsibilities Administer end-user workstations and provide ongoing support for Microsoft Windows and related applications Analyze and resolve network hardware and software failures, ensuring effective communication with non-technical staff Maintain records of repairs and fixes within ZenDesk and assist with the training of users on new software and equipment Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in a service desk or help desk role Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline CompTIA A+ certification preferred Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting wireless networks Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ZenDesk, ServiceNow, or FreshDesk preferred
