Creative Producer

To drive performance marketing initiatives, the full-time remote Creative Producer will lead the development of creative systems and workflows, create visually-stunning ad campaigns, and launch testing programs across major acquisition channels. Key responsibilities Building creative systems, templates, and AI workflows for high-velocity ad production Developing and launching creative testing programs across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube Partnering with Performance Marketing to iterate on creative assets to scale successful campaigns Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or design at a high-growth company Deep expertise in generative AI for image and video creation, with experience using tools like ElevenCreative Proficiency in creative performance analytics tools such as Motion Expertise in Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and modern AI creative tools Strong understanding of creative experimentation, performance marketing, and data-driven optimization
