Business Analyst

Payrate: $29.73- $29.73/hr.


Responsibilities

• As a SCW Analyst for A&CS Part Services you will work in collaboration with your customers and teammates, directly supporting the advancement of the Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiative at driving transformational change to Warehouse Management solutions and processes via new and advanced system capabilities.
• Provide production support for facilities with modern solutions deployed including deploying new capabilities as they are developed
• Create training documentation for warehouse office and floor staff. Perform end-user training and directly support implementations

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience working within Operations and/or Engineering function
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• 2+ years of experience working in warehouse or other operations
• 2+ years of experience working in an engineering role in support or operations
• Experience Training personnel (processes, best practices)
• Experience supporting operations in the use of technical tools or IT systems

Education

• Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
• Degree in Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $29.73 - $29.73 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
