Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers

• Provide companionship and emotional support
  
  
• Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and errands
  
  
• Support mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing

What We’re Looking For:

✔ CNA certification preferred (but not required) – Home Health Aides welcome!
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ CPR Certification & Negative TB Test (We can assist with obtaining these)
✔ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & auto insurance
✔ Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
✔ Physical ability to assist clients with mobility (lifting up to 50 lbs)
