Everleap Fertility is seeking a compassionate, experienced Per Diem Reproductive Sonographer (OB/GYN) to join our collaborative team in Portland, Maine.

As part of our clinical team, you'll work alongside reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and other fertility specialists in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on delivering exceptional care and outstanding outcomes.

Schedule

This is a Per Diem (PRN) position with clinic hours beginning at 7:00 AM .

Coverage opportunities may include:

• Weekdays
• Holidays
• Occasional weekends

Hours are scheduled based on patient volume, operational needs, and staffing requirements.

Position Overview

As a Per Diem Reproductive Sonographer, you will play a critical role in supporting fertility treatment and patient monitoring by performing high-quality reproductive ultrasounds and partnering with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, adaptable, patient-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality reproductive ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, embryologists, and other clinical team members to support exceptional patient care
• Accurately document patient encounters and imaging results within the electronic medical record
• Maintain patient confidentiality while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in supporting daily clinic operations
• Participate in orientation, continuing education, and competency validation activities
• Cross-cover for monitoring, prenatal, procedure, and operating room needs as appropriate

Training & Clinical Competency

At Everleap Fertility, we are committed to clinical excellence and ongoing professional development. Sonographers receive training and support to maintain competency across a variety of fertility and reproductive health services.

Responsibilities may include:

• Follicular monitoring
• Early obstetrical (prenatal) ultrasound
• Procedure support
• Operating Room (OR) support for embryo transfers and related procedures
• Other clinical responsibilities aligned with departmental operations

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to support evolving patient care and operational needs. Participation in required training and competency development is considered an essential function of the position.

Qualifications

Required

• Current ARDMS (OB/GYN) certification

Preferred

• Fertility or reproductive endocrinology ultrasound experience
• Experience in women's health, reproductive endocrinology, or an outpatient procedural setting
