You will find we offer more than the basics to create an inclusive and dynamic work environment at our various locations.Purpose:The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will lead the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of Athene’s integrated retail marketing programs, activating financial professionals at scale to drive demand generation and business growth. You’ll set the team’s strategic vision and roadmap, translating Retail priorities, audience insights, and sales opportunities into connected marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact across the funnel.This is an opportunity to shape how Athene engages financial professionals as our business continues to grow and innovate. You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Product, and Analytics to build scalable, increasingly automated marketing programs while leading and developing a high-performing team. Set priorities and the roadmap for scalable financial professional engagement and nurture programs, connecting Retail business priorities, sales objectives, distribution opportunities, audience needs and Athene’s broader marketing strategy.Build connected, audience-led marketing programs. Translate business opportunities into integrated multichannel campaigns, demand and lead-generation programs, nurture strategies and scalable, always-on experiences that expand audience reach, strengthen engagement and accelerate progression through the sales funnel.Lead and develop a high-performing team. Bring a player-coach mindset to setting priorities, empowering ownership and developing talent while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, accountable and risk-aware culture. Encourage innovation, adaptability and a bias for action while creating meaningful opportunities for team members to grow and make an impact.Orchestrate an integrated marketing ecosystem. Partner across product, distribution, content, paid search, SEO/SEM, email, web, portal, video, social, print, webinars and other capabilities to optimize the marketing mix and deliver a coordinated, relevant financial professional experience.Advance scalable, always-on audience engagement. Evolve and enhance campaign-based activity with behavior-led nurturing, establishing audience segmentation, prioritization and governance practices that deliver timely, coordinated and relevant experiences at scale.Turn insights into action and continuously improve performance. Use advanced analytics, audience and sales insights, experimentation, market intelligence and AI-enabled capabilities to establish success measures, optimize investments and experiences, and translate results into clear recommendations for senior leaders.Qualifications and Experience:6+ years of relevant experience; including 3+ years of formal or informal leadership, with experience spanning integrated marketing, growth marketing, financial services marketing, or relevant professional experience, preferred.Demonstrated success developing and leading integrated, multichannel marketing strategies that generate measurable engagement, leads, conversion, revenue, sales, or other business outcomes.Strong expertise in audience strategy, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, demand and lead generation, nurture, channel orchestration, and performance measurement, with the ability to use analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness.Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate business strategy, sales priorities, market intelligence, and advanced analytics into clear recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.A people-centered leadership approach with demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent, empower others, build trust and inclusion, lead through ambiguity, and move with urgency and sound judgment; financial services, annuity, retirement, or intermediary-distributed product experience is strongly preferred. Ability to travel occasionally, less than 5% of the time.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Drive. Discipline. Confidence. Focus.
