\n Fully remote 1099 telehealth role performing Medicare Chronic Care Management(CCM) Initiating Visits. Monday-Friday day shift, no on-call, no weekend, noafter-hours. Immediate start.\n

\n SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION\n

\n

\n - 1099 independent contractor\n

\n

\n - $190/hour, paid bi-weekly\n

\n

\n - Monday-Friday, approximately 11:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific (1:00-7:00 PM Central)\n

\n

\n - 6-7 hour clinic days\n

\n

\n - Peak volume: 3:00-7:00 PM Central / 1:00-5:00 PM Pacific; Friday is the busiest day of the week\n

\n

\n - No on-call, no weekends, no after-hours\n

\n

\n - Pacific Time residence preferred (open to any qualified physician willing to work the shift)\n

\n

\n

\n

\n THE WORK\n

\n

\n - Medicare CCM Initiating Visits (training provided on the EMR)\n

\n

\n - Roughly 90% are 5-10 minute audio calls; 10% are short video visits\n

\n

\n - RNs complete 15-25 minutes of chart prep before each visit\n

\n

\n - Visit objectives: medication reconciliation, identification of two or more chronic conditions, and obtaining patient consent for CCM services\n

\n

\n - Paid training (1 to 1.5 hours)REQUIRED\n

\n

\n - Active medical license in all 50 U.S. states\n

\n

\n - Specialty: Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)\n

\n

\n - Active Medicare provider enrollment via PECOS, in good standing\n

\n

\n - Clean OIG LEIE and SAM exclusion-list status\n

\n

\n - Strong telehealth presence and patient communication skills\n

\n

\n
