What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Manage performance review processes and support leadership in coaching and employee development.
- Oversee payroll and HRIS functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, best practices, and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive employee engagement.
- Competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 with growth potential.
